International Yoga day was organised by KAMSRC on 21.06.2017
Dr. MMV Prasad Sharma Prof. & HOD COMMUNITY MEDICINE conducted the event in a very big way by inviting Yoga Gurus from reputed yoga institutions like Vivekananda Rock Memorial VivekanandaKendra and Hanuman shaktipeeta , Hyderabad. .
Dr.T.V.D Pratyusha Asst.Prof. Community Medicine Welcomed the gathering and introduced all the guru,s to the audience , she also read the message of the Prime Minister of India .
Dr.Manoj Aravind Asst Prof Of Community Medicine read the message of Dr.MMV Prasada Sharma regarding yoga and philosophy .
Yoga guru’s Mr.Shashikanth Sharma and Mr.Srinivas gave a detailed talk on yogo in daily life
Lady Yoga gurus Mrs.Sandhya,Ms.Suhasini,Ms.Swetha demonstrated the yoga asanas to all the participants
About 60 MBBS Students attended the event and the programme grand success.
As a part of National Immunization Day, 29th Jan 2017, Our students (35) have participated as volunteers in Pulse Polio Immunization programme at Primary Health Centre, Uppal, Department of community Medicine has coordinated.
The 68th republic Day was celebrated in the college.Principal Dr.S.M.Patil has UnfurledThe National Flag. Students,Faculty,Non-Teacing Staff and Hospital staff have participated in large numbers. Security personnel have offered guard of honour.
The Medical Education Unit of the college has conducted Induction Programme to the newly joined I MBBS students on 1st October, 2016 in the Hospital Lecture Hall. The program was conducted from 9 AM to 4 PM with the following schedule:
PARTICIPATION IN SPANDAN 2K16
38 Students of our college participated in Spandan 2K16 hosted by JIPMER, PONDICHERRY. They participated in various sports like T.T., Football, Cricket, Cultural events like dance, band performance and literary events and Won prizes in E. sports, painting and many others. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to expose their talents.
"In Response to the call given by The State Government and KNR UHS, college observed TELANGANAKU HARITHA HARAM on 18-07-2016. Principal Dr.S.M.Patil has inaugurated the programme by planting sapling out side the college campus. All the faculty and students have actively participated in the programme and planted more than 100 saplings on 18-07-2016."
"The Medical Education Unit of the college has condcuted a one day Workshop on 'MENTORING -PRINCIPLES & PRACTICE ' to the Mentors of the college. Mr.Anand K.M.,Selection Grade lecturer in Microbiology and Dr.Shobha K.L. Professor of Microbiology from Melaka Manipal Medical College(Manipal Campus), Manipal have trained the mentors on various issues related to mentoring."
"The college Institutional Ethics Committee was established during June,2016. Chairman and memebrs were appointed. The members of the Institutional Ethisc Committee were trained for one day in GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICES by Dr.Sumit Roy, CEO, DiabetOmics, and Dr.K.Venkat Rao Prof & HOD, Pharmacology, KIMS, Naraketpally", on 18th June 2016."
"Principal Dr.S.M.Patil has inaugurated the Coffee Day Kiosk in college Cafeteria on 1st June,2016. Students and Faculty have participated in the program."
“Principal Dr.S.M.Patil has Flagged off the rally on World Heath Day, 07-04-2016 at 08:00 AM in the college premises. Large number of Students and Faculty have participated in the rally and spread the theme of the rally BEAT the DIABETES”.
DOTS Centre Inauguration - 01 Aprtil 2016
“Principal Dr.S.M.Patil has Inaugurated the DOTS Centre in the college premises on 01-04-2016. Dr.Ch.Aruna Kumari District TB Control officer, R.R.District, Medical Superintendent and the Head of the Departments have participated”.
"Anasthamoz " students festival conducted by Apollo Medical College where in our students won trophies.
Antimicrobial Resistance Programme - 23rd to 25th February 2016
"The posters of M.Deepika, 1st MBBS Student and F.Pravalika, 2nd MBBS Student, on Antimicrobial Resistance were selected for display at an exhibition Organised at New Delhi by The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Governament of India and World Health Organisation during 23rd to 25th February 2016."
World Heart Day was observed on 29th September, 2015. On this occasion a rally was organized at 8.00 A.M by Kamineni Hospitals from Saroornagar Indoor Stadium to Kamineni Hospitals. Students and faculty have participated in large numbers. After the rally a meeting was organized in Indira Auditorium.
Dr. M. Satyanarayana Medical Superintendent, Dr. Kodandapani and Dr. Sagar Bhuaiah enlightened the gathering about how to maintain heart healthy.
" Dr.S.M.Patil Principal has unfurled the National Flag on the eve of 69th Independece Day on August 15, 2015 and addressed the students and staff of the college and hospital."
Counseling was conducted on 30-04-2015, Thursday, at 2 pm in College Council Hall for poor performers by The Principal Dr.S.M.Patil and Vice Principal Dr.T.Ramamurti. All the Heads of the Departments and Mentors have participated.
National Pulse Polio Programme - 22-02-2015Students of KAMSRC have actively participated in National Pulse Polio Programme, Phase-II in Uppal Primary Health Centre area on 22-02-2015, Sunday. The Community Medicine Department of the College, co-ordinated the programme.
Department of Pulmonology has conducted a Patient Awareness Programme on Bronchial Asthmaon 14-02-2015, Saturday at 4pm in INDIRA AUDITORIUM. Mr.Parupalli Kashyap, renowned Badminton Player addressed the gathering on the subject. Students, Staff and a large number of public attended the programme. Privilege cards were issued to Asthma Patients who attended the Asthma Camp conducted in July, 2014.
Republic Day was celebrated with gaiety on 26-01-2015, Monday , at 8AM. Vice-Principal Dr.T.Ramamurti hoisted the National Flag. The College Security Personnel have Presented Guard of Honour. College staff and students have participated in the ceremony. Students presented Patriotic Songs.

Freshers Day Celebrations - 20-12-2014Freshers Day was celebrated on 20-12-2014 Saturday in Indira Auditorium. Sri Kamineni Surya Narayana garu Chairman of Kamineni group presided over the function. Dr. Putta Srinivas, Director of Medical Education, Telangana State was the chief guest and administrated THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH to I MBBS students. Dr. S.M.Patil, Principal and Dr.G.Satyanarayana, Medical Superintendent gave their valuable messages to the new students.
In response to the call given by the President Medical Council of India, the students, faculty, Medical Superintendent and principal have actively participated in cleaning of the College & Hospital campus and surroundings on 14th, November 2014.

Staff members and students have attended the flag hoisting ceremony. The college and hospital security personnel offered guard of honor. Students have presented patriotic songs.

Our students have participated in Apollo Anastamoz event held at Apollo Medical College Hyderabad from date 16th December to 21st December 2013. Our students have won trophies in Cricket, Volley ball, Throw ball and Rangoli.
